AME Alumnus Named AAAS Invention Ambassador

Anthony Mulligan, who received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona in 1988, was selected as a 2016 AAAS/Lemelson Invention Ambassador.

Mulligan is the founder and CEO of Hydronalix Inc., a Sahuarita-based company that develops robotics, including the EMILY family of unmanned search-and-rescue vehicles, for use by maritime researchers, first responders and military personnel.
